Cammach are currently recruiting for an Inventory Coordinator. Based in Aberdeen, the role is on a permanent, full-time basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Interface with delivery drivers and take receipt of incoming goods.
  • Confirm incoming goods are as per purchase order requirements. Report any anomalies and liaise with project management/SCM function to resolve.
  • Manage inventory list.
  • Receipt incoming parts via D365 ERP system.
  • Store parts and update Inventory list.
  • Collate parts from inventory for internal builds per workpack requirements.
  • Report on shortages.
  • Prepare completed parts for delivery, preparing delivery paperwork.
  • Liaise with all aspects of delivery.
  • General housekeeping of workshop / stores.
  • Support accounts department to review and approve receipted Invoices to ensure delivery completed satisfactorily prior to approving Invoices for payment.
  • Ensure that project and company quality procedures together with business management systems are adhered to at all times.
  • Upkeep and housekeeping of server files and folders as appropriate.
  • Participate when required in departmental improvement projects, highlight areas for improvement.
  • Ensure Health & Safety procedures are adhered to at all times, actively promote good HSE practices

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good knowledge of Inventory management practices
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • PC skills to include, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word & ERP knowledge preferable
  • Initiative & ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to liaise with multi-discipline project teams.
  • Adhere to strict deadlines and deliver a high level of accuracy.
  • Self-motivator.
  • Excellent organisational and housekeeping skills.
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability within role to meet the demands of a changing project and organisational needs.
  • Basic workshop/stores HSE knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of D365 ERP system is desirable but not necessary.
  • Ability to operate pallet stacker, gantry crane and 5T forklift would be desirable.
