Our client is looking for an Operations Co-ordinator for a 12 month contract position, located in Aberdeen (Hybrid Working)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing and processing most aspects of billing and invoicing in the Upstream Chemicals product line, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • The role required excellent organisational skills to maintain efficient operations and support other administrative tasks as required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective relationships with internal customers.
  • Proficiency with software applications including MS Office, e-mail, and web browsers.
  • Prior experience with SAP or other ERP system required.
  • Highly motivated, process driven, focused, result orientated, strong drive for excellence.
  • Basic trouble shooting skills and the ability to problem solve.
  • Qualifications bachelor’s degree in, Science, Engineering, or related field

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Be a strong team player.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to priorities tasks accordingly.
