Marine Recruitment and Crew Management UK and International
Cammach Marine, formerly Genesis Personnel. We connects vessel owners and operators with skilled, reliable seafarers through both temporary and permanent marine recruitment. We support a wide range of vessel types, including workboats, offshore support vessels, construction and subsea vessels, survey vessels, ferries and specialist offshore units, across UK and Worldwide operations.
We’re built on a clear principle: when the right people meet the right opportunities, strong partnerships follow. By understanding exactly what each client and candidate requires, we deliver matches that work in practice, not just on paper. With a team combining 40 years of industry knowledge, we create opportunities for crew to build experience and develop their careers, while ensuring vessel operators across Scotland, the UK and International markets benefit from personnel who integrate seamlessly into their operation.

Our marine capability was strengthened in 2025 through the integration of Genesis Personnel, bringing Susan Duguid’s established marine recruitment expertise and sector relationships into Cammach Marine. This combined Susan’s specialist knowledge with Cammach’s expanded resourcing capacity and a broader specialist network, strengthening our ability to deliver short-notice mobilisation and specialist marine staffing while maintaining the proven sector processes and relationships that underpin our service.

We manage the full marine recruitment lifecycle for both Permanent and Temporary vacancies, from sourcing and shortlisting candidates through to mobilisation, including certification verification, documentation review and ongoing crew management support. Post-trip feedback is captured to support continuous improvement, strengthen performance and encourage long-term retention.
Compliance sits at the core of our service. All activity aligns with STCW, MLC and relevant Flag State requirements, with maritime regulatory standards embedded throughout. In line with MLC, all required seafarer documentation is hand carried by crew members to support Port State Inspections. Structured systems underpin certification checks, medical verification, documentation control, audit readiness and safe vessel operations.
We are marine recruiters. We are crew specialists. We are Cammach.
