Cammach Advisory is led by Colin Newbury, Head of Workforce Planning and Executive Search at Cammach. Every conversation we’ve had over the last 15 years shapes how we listen, understand and advise what you, as an organisation, need, leaders with the capability to shape what’s possible.

Our bespoke in-house assessment evaluates each candidate against the role, culture and alignment in the moment.

The outcome


Our job is to give you confidence in an important decision. To know that the person you appoint has the capability, credibility and character to make a meaningful difference. Our responsibility does not end when the candidate accepts the offer.

We believe in an outstanding candidate experience from the first conversation through to the appointment and throughout their first 12 months in the business. Regular check-ins with both client and candidate ensure the relationship continues beyond the placement, giving both sides the opportunity to address any issues, provide feedback and make sure the appointment is working as it should.
