Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team on a 9 month contract basis in Aberdeen.

ROLE

Responsible for project co-ordination across equipment and services from order entry to deliverable and invoicing across the UK customer base. Contribute to the team and sites financial plans and ensure customer on-time delivery and satisfaction across their order profiles

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assistance on activities related to the supervision, organization and execution of new manufacture product, repairs and spares supporting customers predominantly in North Sea sector
  • Responsibility to assist project managers to fulfil customer orders according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Working together with people from across all functions within the business
  • Handling standardized project processes and admin tasks
  • Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks.
