Commercial Property Solicitor Associate / Partner Level

Our client, a long established law firm and estate agency are currently seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor Associate / Partner Level to join their team on a permanent (staff basis).

ROLE

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Solicitor, to work as part of our Commercial Department, based at our Head Office in Aberdeen. This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a team servicing high value clients across Scotland.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We require a candidate with experience in all manner of commercial property transactions, including but not limited to:

• The sale and purchases of commercial properties
• Standard security and related funding agreements
• Property and development work – acquisition of land for both residential and commercial developers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Applicants must be qualified in Scots Law.
• Previous experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor essential.
• The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, a good work ethic and the ability to prioritise their workload.
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Case Management Systems desirable.
