Part-Time Accounts Assistant
Our client, a leading provider of products and services to the energy sector are seeking a Part-Time Accounts Administrator (22-30 hours per week) to join their team on a permanent basis. The Role will be fully office based and is located in Inverurie, Aberdeenshire.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The roles of Accounts Administrator will include the following duties:
- Inputting invoices
- Operating Xero ERP system
- Paying Supplychain bills.
- Updating monthly overviews
- Looking after money in / out
- Working in systems like Ariba for the likes of SLB & Halliburton etc.
- Forecasting cashflow
- Liaising with our accountant
- Looking after HMRC account
- General admin duties
- Raising POs
- Delivery tickets
- Maintaining files, documents etc.
- Ordering parts, PPE & supplies occasionally
