Inside Sales Representative

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. Based in Aberdeen, the role is on a permanent (staff) basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the primary point of contact for client account management, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Promote company products to clients, staying informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Identify opportunities for new products or product enhancements through customer feedback.
• Place purchase orders, update stock systems, and manage administrative tasks.
• Support additional tasks as needed to meet business requirements.

REQUIREMENTS
