Production & Maintenance Manager

Cammach are currently recruiting an experienced Production & Maintenance Manager / Lead on behalf of our manufacturing client based in Kintore, Aberdeenshire. The role will be on a permanent (staff) basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all manufacturing and production processes across the facility
• Create, manage and execute daily, weekly, monthly and annual production schedules
• Take full responsibility for factory production equipment, including maintenance and upkeep
• Drive continuous improvement by reducing costs and increasing productivity across all product lines
• Ensure hygienic conditions are maintained for both employees and the factory environment
• Implement and enforce all company procedures, policies and standards
• Monitor productivity rates, operational performance, quality standards and quality control processes
• Identify, manage and communicate production issues, risks or obstacles to senior management
• Train, coach and support production staff to develop skills and maintain high performance
• Implement and maintain all Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in manufacturing environments with developing expertise in polymer moulding processes
• Strong understanding of production planning, maintenance management and continuous improvement
• HSEQ qualification to a minimum of IOSH Managing Safely skills.
