Cammach are currently recruiting a Repair Order Coordinator for our client based in Aberdeen. The role will be on a permanent (staff) basis and offers a hybrid working arrangement.

ROLE

The Repair Order Coordinator is responsible for delivery of structural, piping and fabric maintenance (FM) workscopes. The position is embedded within a multi-disciplined operations support team supporting Duty Holder decommissioning operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure all engineering & maintenance activities are delivered in accordance with Statutory Regulations, Health, Safety & Environmental practices.
  • Prioritise repairs by interfacing with the Onshore Integrity Engineer and Offshore Field Integrity Engineer as required and provide preliminary assessment for all repairs.
  • Manage sub-contractors in the survey, planning and delivery of any fabric maintenance, scaffolding, composite repairs and specialist cleaning workscopes.
  • Record and maintain the status of the asset integrity anomalies and FM/RO registers.
  • Review engineering work orders for planned and corrective FM/RO works.
  • Management of 3rd party construction & fabrication sub-contractor for offshore vendor works.
  • Review and input into Engineering & Integrity Risk Assessments
  • Responsible for input into the development and management of the FM & RO budgets.
  • Input into Management of Change process and that changes to the design and construction of integrity equipment are appropriately documented.
  • Ensures any modifications to the Safety and Environmental Critical Systems are notified to the Independent Competent Body.
  • Provide technical support to the offshore integrity and construction teams where required
  • Carry out engineering studies, and root cause investigations where required in support of delivering to an agenda of continuous improvement
  • Support integrity and RBI reviews where required
  • Review construction work packs, work programmes and technical proposals provided by 3rd parties in support of work execution
  • Support decommissioning programmes and implementation of safe integrity procedures / practices
  • Other duties as assigned which may be reasonably expected within the scope of the role

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge & Qualifications

  • Formal qualification at a minimum of HND level in a relevant Engineering discipline or relevant offshore construction experience
  • Knowledge of UK HSE regulatory framework, including specific legislation applicable to the Duty Holder activities in the Energy sector is desirable
  • Valid OGUK Medical, MIST and BOSIET is preferred
