Department Administrator
Cammach are currently recruiting a Department Administrator (fully office based) for our client in Leicester. The role will be on a contract basis, for a duration of 6-months.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Train in all functions of the service admin team; goods receipt, booking in and out of the calibration lab, and arranging external calibrations and repairs on behalf of customers.
- Collaborate with the workshop and calibration lab technicians and supervisors and the service technical team.
- Correspond with internal and external customers, including customer service and sales representatives and production staff.
- Adhere to ISO17025 and ISO9001 Accredited procedures.
REQUIRENMENTS
- Have strong computer literacy skills such as Microsoft Excel and experience of working with ERP systems (SAP knowledge and experience preferred but not essential)
- Be able to plan and manage daily/weekly tasks efficiently.
- Have a continuous improvement mindset to improve processes and products.
- Be determined and motivated to drive great outcomes for customers.
- Have a positive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have a basic understanding of pressure and electrical instrumentation (preferred)
