Recruitment Specialist - Trades & Construction

Cammach is looking to add to our team an experienced Recruitment Specialist, focused on Trades and Construction.

We are looking for someone already operating in the market who understands the pace, complexity, and expectations of this space.

The role will suit someone who:

• Has experience recruiting within Trades, Construction, or offshore environments
• Understands offshore rotations and the logistics that come with them
• Already has access to candidate networks and knows how to build and maintain talent pools
• Is confident working directly with clients, not just candidates

The opportunity:
