Project Manager - Internals & Proprietary Equipment (IPE)

Our client, global provider of equipment and components for oil and gas drilling and production operations, delivering oilfield services and supply chain integration solutions to the upstream oil and gas industry is seeking an experienced Project Manager within Internals & Proprietary Equipment (IPE) team.

• Initial 9 months contract as Agency worker / PAYE
• Role is based in Surrey initially working at office fulltime, then will be more flexible

ROLE

Responsible for the successful execution of projects from the initial assessment of customer requirements through to final delivery and project close-out for both internal and external Process Systems customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage IPE projects from tender handover through to delivery and close-out.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality requirements.
• Coordinate activities across customers, suppliers, manufacturing partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, costs, risks, and performance, providing regular updates and reports.
• Lead and support Project Engineers to achieve project objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & Skills Essential Qualifications

• HNC/HND qualification or equivalent in an Engineering-related discipline.

Desirable Qualifications

• Degree qualification in an Engineering-related discipline.
• Project Management qualification or certification is advantageous.

Experience

• Previous experience in a Project Execution, Project Management, or similar engineering project delivery role.
• Demonstrable understanding of project execution principles and methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience supporting project budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
