Head of Projects

Cammach are working with a well-established engineering and advisory consultancy in Aberdeen supporting clients across the oil and gas, sustainable infrastructure, and marine energy sectors, providing expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

ROLE

• We are recruiting for Head of Projects on STAFF basis in Aberdeen to lead and oversee a diverse engineering project portfolio, with a focus on delivering strong results, maximising commercial performance, and supporting sustainable growth.
• This role requires a who recognises that effective project delivery goes beyond timelines and deadlines, building trust, ensuring transparency, and fostering accountability across the full portfolio.
• We are keen to speak confidentially with senior professionals who have a proven track record in leading engineering teams, enhancing project performance, and shaping business outcomes

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant university degree Engineering or Project Management
• Extensive experience delivering engineering and EPC projects, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously within a portfolio environment.
• Strong topsides experience is essential.
• Applies robust commercial awareness and business acumen to enhance company performance adding value and effectively managing costs
• Excellent knowledge of rules and regulations of the UKCS
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
