Cammach are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator on behalf of our Cumbria based client. The role will be on an initial 6-month contract and will be fully office based.

ROLE

We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator with strong SAP knowledge to support our logistics and supply chain activities. The ideal candidate will create and manage delivery documentation, coordinate with multiple internal departments, and ensure smooth flow of goods and materials. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisation, and proficiency across the Office 365 suite.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and manage delivery documentation, including delivery notes, commercial invoices, and shipping paperwork.
  • Operate and update data in SAP, ensuring accuracy and alignment with logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Work closely with Quality, Logistics, Warehouse, and Project Management teams to support operational requirements and resolve issues.
  • Monitor and track shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and logs for all logistics activities.
  • Prepare and analyse data using Excel
  • Follows up with customers and freight forwarders.

REQUIREMENTS

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a logistics, supply chain, or administrative support role.
  • Strong SAP knowledge (preferably in logistics modules such as MM/SD).
  • Ability to generate and process delivery notes, commercial invoices, and related shipping documents.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational capabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Understanding of import/export processes and Incoterms.
  • Knowledge of basic supply chain principles.
