Cammach Relaunches HR Forum to Empower and Connect Aberdeen’s HR Community

At Cammach, we are passionate about bringing people together. That’s why we are relaunching the Cammach HR Forum, an initiative created to support HR professionals through shared learning, peer connections and practical insight.

The forum builds on a foundation previously established by Cammach to encourage discussion and collaboration within the HR community. This next chapter brings a renewed focus on in-person connection, topical conversation, and the opportunity to support each other in a space designed specifically for HR leaders and practitioners.

It is about creating meaningful connections, sharing insight and supporting professional growth, the HR Forum reflects that same belief. HR professionals continue to face a wide range of evolving challenges, from staying ahead of legislative changes coming into force, to leading teams through cultural and energy market change and talent retention. "We are specialists" in this space and we have seen how shared knowledge and peer support can drive better outcomes. The forum is designed to offer a relaxed and inclusive space to explore these challenges together, learn from one another and exchange real-world insight.

Our first session includes a Leadership Workshop delivered by CCL, experts in leadership development. We’ve also built in time for informal networking and conversation. Often, these are the moments when the most useful ideas are exchanged, and the strongest connections are made.

HR professionals can come together to stay informed, gain fresh perspectives, and support one another in driving positive change within their organisations.”
