Cammach Wrapped 2025 + Festive Hours
As 2025 comes to a close, we would like to sincerely thank our clients, candidates and contractors for the trust they have placed in Cammach throughout what has been a challenging year across the industry. In a period shaped by uncertainty and change, the strength of our relationships and the commitment of the people we work with have mattered more than ever.
Throughout the year, we remained focused on delivering recruitment solutions that make a difference. We placed over 700 candidates both locally and internationally, supporting organisations and individuals across our Commercial, Drilling and Wells, Engineering, Marine, Trades and Construction sectors. Alongside this, we arranged 350 interviews and delivered over 250 offshore mobilisations since May, supporting critical projects across the industry. At the heart of this delivery is our people-first approach. We take the time to understand what truly matters, ask the right questions and provide recruitment solutions that are built for long-term success.
To support this level of delivery and prepare for continued growth, we invested in strengthening our internal capability with several key appointments, including a BD Operations Director and a Recruitment Manager. These additions reinforce our commitment to being an active, responsive recruitment partner and ensure we continue to deliver with care, consistency and expertise.
A significant milestone during the year was the successful integration of Genesis Personnel into Cammach. Delivered with continuity at its core, the transition strengthened how we support clients and candidates across the business while expanding our Marine capability. Throughout 2025, Cammach provided Seafarers to support key Marine contracts, delivering a service built on compliance, continuity and candidate care. Clients benefited from reliable crew supply, while Seafarers experienced clear communication, efficient onboarding and ongoing support.
Alongside this, Cammach continued to support offshore and subsea projects globally, supplying skilled and experienced personnel into the ROV market. Responding directly to client demand, our Trades and Construction division also continued to develop, delivering consistent results in a competitive market and further strengthening the breadth of our offering.
Beyond recruitment delivery, 2025 was an active year for Cammach across both industry and community. We remained highly engaged at key industry events, exhibitions and forums throughout the year, supporting initiatives that matter to the sectors we serve. We also continued our commitment to giving back, raising £2,850 for Cash for Kids and Macmillan Cancer Support, acting as a Mission Christmas drop off point and supporting a range of charitable and community events. Engagement with future talent through DYW school events, alongside the relaunch of the Cammach HR Forums, further reinforced our commitment to collaboration, discussion and shared learning.
Commenting on the year, Iona Currie, Group Recruitment Director, said:
“2025 has been a challenging year across the industry, and I am incredibly grateful to our team, our clients and our candidates for the trust, commitment and support they have shown https://wearecammach.com/news/...throughout the year. Everything we have achieved together is rooted in those relationships. The progress made during 2025 has strengthened Cammach, and we are excited about the future and continuing to support the industry in the years ahead.”
As we look ahead to 2026, our focus is on building momentum and extending the support we provide to clients and candidates both in the UK and internationally. We will continue to strengthen our global delivery capability, supporting international projects with compliant and well supported personnel across offshore, marine and specialist markets. By continuing to invest in our people, our processes and our partnerships, Cammach enters 2026 focused on sustainable growth, operational excellence and delivering recruitment solutions that evolve with the needs of the industry.
As we close out 2025, we would like to thank everyone we have worked with for being part of the Cammach journey. From all of us at Cammach, we wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
