Transition of Agency Personnel Under a Specialist Agreement

Background

A large UK Continental Shelf (UKCS) Operator found itself in a critical situation when the agent with whom they had a specialist agreement with went into administration.

The Operator needed to transition a group of Agency Personnel to an alternative agency swiftly to maintain business continuity and preserve relationships with the workforce.

Transition Process

  1. Initial Planning: As the first sizeable transition Cammach had undertaken, the transition process was shaped focussing on efficiency of transfer, assessment and planning, workplace relations, focussed communication, documentation and compliance, onboarding, and ongoing support.Cammach held immediate meetings with the UKCS Operator and contacted all transitioning personnel to outline the transition strategy and timeline.

  5. Completion: The entire process was completed within the 24-day period, with subsequent and continuous follow-ups to ensure smooth integration.
