Transition of Specialist Project Team for Subsea Tieback Project

Background

An Oil & Gas Operator had a specialist Project Team managing a Subsea Tieback Project. This team had worked with Cammach for several years on multiple high-profile projects within the UK Continental Shelf (UKCS).

The Contractors, originally contracted through an alternate agent, planned to form a new business and adopt a revised model with an agent who could partner with them and support their growth strategy. Discussions with Cammach had already commenced.

However, while these plans were in progress, the existing agent fell into administration, necessitating an accelerated transition to a new agent and strategy.

Transition Process

1. Initial Planning: Cammach held immediate meetings with the Oil & Gas Operator and contacted all transitioning workers to outline the transition strategy and timeline. 4. Communication: Our dedicated Contractor Management team maintained continuous communication to address any concerns and provide support.
   
   
5. Completion: The entire process was completed over a weekend within the accelerated timeframe, with subsequent and continuous follow-ups to ensure smooth integration. All contingent workers were onboarded and issued contract by Monday morning due to the urgency of this client’s situation.
